Hi, I know I've been lost! I have been working on other projects I have online. Now I have the extra time to work on my dollies, who are begging me to create or finish them. You have been asking when I will have new dolls and when I will finish my black doll pattern.

After taking a needed break from my dollies! Needed some time to get back the feel and passion when I create my dollies so now I'm ready. I will start slowing as always and enjoying what I LOVE to do.

As I started checking my supplies and see that I have everything avail. I stumble with one supply that now I can't get here since they discontinue to supply it. Well, it's not much what I buy here. Its the Morning Glory Fiberfill from Walmart. This was my only source in Puerto Rico to purchase this and now I'm a little concern with this. I know I can get it oversea for which I already put a couple of orders for this but I also know that this will increase my dolls value. I also understand that Walmart discontinue it in the US and that there are lots of sad doll makers like me with this issue. This started a year back, but I didn't notice until now when I plan to start with my dolls. The fiberfill/polyfil is important for me and I use a lot of it. To bring this to Puerto Rico is a little expensive since the box is big and to make it more affordable it has to be shipped USPS to me. Also I loved Morning Glory fiberfill. There are others that I don't quite like. I will need to try the ones I ordered and see how it goes. As some of you know (those who has purchase my dolls) I firmly stuff my dolls, so I use more of it. This won't minimize the quality of my dolls, since I can't do them differently of what I do until now, so no need to worry.

At least I have two boxes saved from my last purchase a year back, so I have something to start with. :o)

Well, I have been working in a new black doll that I have almost finished! I will be creating a pattern out of this doll so this will take me some extra weeks. I have been ask when will I have a pattern of one of my black dolls. So stay tune!

Bueno, he estado trabajando en una muñeca negra que casi termino. Estaré creando un patrón de esta muñeca así que esto me tomará algunas semanas mas. Me han preguntado cuando tendré un patrón de mis muñecas negras. Así que no se vayan lejos!

This is another island that you could see from the hotel. It is Isleta Marina. We stood there once. You could see the ferry that goes to Culebra and Vieques island.

More Pictures!!! We are going to Palomino Island. A private island used by El Conquistador. White sand and clear water. Although you need to use water shoes since there is lots of seashells that wont let you enjoy. Our first trip we didnt enjoy too much but the when we went the second time, we had sooo much fun. (We took our crocs!) :o).

Mas fotos!!! Vamos para la islita de Palomino. Es una isla privada usada por El Conquistador. Arena blanca y agua cristalina. Aunque necesita usar zapatos de agua porque hay muchos caracoles que no te dejaran disfrutar. Nuestra primera visita no disfrutamos mucho pero cuando fuimos por segunda vez, lo disfrutamos mucho! (Nos llevamos las crocs!) :o)

I will share this with you... My ninth grade party was here at El Conquistador Hotel at 1976. As a young girl I was amaze by the hotel so cute and the view of the sea. I always dreamed of returning. I said in my mind "one day I will come to stay". This hotel closed for various years (Dont know how much) and then it reopened with a new remodeling and new areas years back. We love to do domestic tourism! We think that we have to know our place (island) first before we know other places. And we haven't been disappointed. We are BLESSED! We have summer all year and beautiful beaches ALL around. What more can you ask for! At last I made some reservations to the hotel. (Its a little expensive for us) and we got there. Although it needs some new TLC it was soooo beautiful. One of my dreams came true!!! I cried so much because I had my gift came true. I made it! I was so grateful to God!!! I gave him soooo much THANKS! He made it possible. I went for it and he made it true!. And what is most rewarding is that I made my dream come true with my own profits from my online businesses. Thats why... DREAMS CAN FLY!!!

Compartiré esto con ustedes... Mi fiesta de noveno grado fue en El Conquistador para el año 1976. Como una joven quede impresionada por el hotel tan lindo y la hermosa vista al mar que tenia. Siempre soñé con regresar. Me dije "algún día regresare para quedarme". Este hotel cerro por varios años (no recuerdo cuantos) y después reabrió con una remodelación y áreas nuevas. Nos encanta hacer turismo interno. Pensamos que tenemos que conocer lo nuestro para luego conocer lo demás. Y no hemos sido defraudado! Somos BENDECIDOS! Tenemos verano todo el año y estamos rodeados de hermosas playas. Que mas se puede pedir! Por fin hice las reservaciones del hotel. (Es un poquito caro para nosotros) y llegamos allí. Aunque necesita algunos pequeños arreglos estaba tannnn hermoso. Uno de mis sueños se hizo realidad! Lloré tanto porque mi regalo se hizo realidad. Lo logré! Estaba tan agradecida de Dios!!! Le dí tantassss GRACIAS! El lo hizo posible. Yo me lo propuse y el me lo hizo realidad. Y los mas gratificante es que logré mi sueño con mi propio ingreso de mis negocios en linea. Por eso... LOS SUEÑOS PUEDEN VOLAR!!!

Our Vacation Week! / Nuestra Semana de Vacaciones

Hi, We (hubby and me) were on vacation last week and had a blast! Here is a sneak peak of one of the pictures. This is the view from our room. We stood at The Conquistador Hotel in Fajardo. We had a deserved treat. Its been years since we had a vacation for us alone, until now. We are always carrying our children. But this time we needed it, all alone. Although I felt a little guilty. (We moms, always, hee, hee) I will post more pictures soon. This is just a tiny part of our beautiful island Puerto Rico.

Hola, Nos (mi esposo y yo) fuimos de vacaciones la semana pasada y gozamos tanto! Aquí tienen una pequeña muestra con una de las fotos. Esta fue la vista de nuestra habitación. Nos quedamos en el Hotel El Conquistador en Fajardo. Han pasado años desde nuestra ultima vacaciones juntos y solos, hasta ahora. Hi, I've been a little lost with my blog but not from working. :o) I'm working on an order for a birthday of 15 little dollies and working on my other projects. By many requests, I have two black dolls halfway and will be creating a pattern from one of them. I hope to have this by June/July. Also, I will be on vacation next week! Cant wait!!! Hola, He estado un poco perdida de mi blog aunque no de trabajar. :o) Estoy trabajando en una orden para un cumpleaños de 15 muñequitas y trabajando en otros proyectos. Por varias peticiones, tengo dos muñecas negras a mitad y estaré creando un patrón de una de ellas. Espero tener esto para Junio/Julio. También, estaré de vacaciones la próxima semana! No puedo esperar!!! Gracias a todas aquellas que de alguna forma u otra me tienen motivada y comentan cuan especial mis muñequitas son para ustedes!!! Bendiciones!

Hi, Its been a while since my last post. I've been pretty busy! I just wanted to drop a note and let you know that I'm almost finish with five black dollies that I've been working with and you all have ask me for. I promise that I will have them done for this upcoming week. I had six, but the new style black doll that I had with the others I made a little mistake (well a big mistake) and I will keep her as is. She would have come soooo cute but I made a big mistakes with her eyes so I will keep her. As you can see these things happens even to experienced doll makers. I will take a picture of her with the others so you could have a peek of her. I will create her again but will avoid the mistake. Well, let me go now and keep working with them. I need to get them dress. I will try to take a picture of them tomorrow (if the weather lets me) as they are now so you could see them. See ya!!!

Hola, Ha pasado un tiempo sin postear. He estado un poco ocupada! Solo queria dejarles saber que estoy casi terminando con las cinco muñecas negra que he estado trabajando. Les prometo que las tendre listas para esta proxima semana. Tenia seis, pero un estilo nuevo de muñeca negra que estaba haciendo con las otras hice un pequeño error y la mantendre para mi. Ella hubiera sido tan lindaaa pero hice un error con los ojos y pues me quedare con ella. Para que vean que estas cosas pasan hasta para las mas experimentadas. Tomare una foto de ella con las otras para que la vean. Crearé otra pero no cometere el error de nuevo (eso espero). Bueno, dejame irme a seguir trabajando con ellas. Necesito vestirlas. Tratare de tomar una foto de ellas mañana (si el tiempo me lo permite) como estan ahora para que puedan verlas. Nos vemos!!!

Well...if you could call it work! (hee,hee) I'm creating six new black dolls. I left the raggedies aside for a little while. I have been ask for some black dolls so I hope to have them done soon. I know I've been a little lazy with the dolls. Well not lazy is that I'm also working on two projects I have. So I kind of divide my time but since my dollies are more time consuming, they take longer. But I'm working on them more since my wonderful customers are asking for them. I hoped to have some stuff for Autumn but we are now in the mid of September so I think I wont have it in time. So, I'm thinking of Christmas. Hope to have more stuff for this Christmas than last year. Hope to have the six black dolls done in about two weeks.

Bueno...si lo puedes llamar trabajo! (hee,hee) Estoy creando seis muñecas negra. Deje las raggedies a un lado por un corto tiempo. Me han preguntado por algunas muñecas negra y espero tenerlas pronto. Se que he estado un poco vaga con las muñecas. Bueno...no vaga mas bien es que tambien estoy trabajando con otros dos proyectos que tengo. Entonces divido mi tiempo pero como las muñecas me consumen mas tiempo me tardo mas en hacerlas. Pero ahora estoy trabajando mas con ellas porque mis maravillosos clientes me estan preguntando por ellas. Espero tener algunas cosas para Otoño pero ya estamos a mitad de Septiembre y creo que ya no me queda tiempo. Pues estoy pensando en Navidad. Espero tener mas cosas para esta Navidad que el año pasado. Espero tener las seis muñecas negra hechas como dos semanas.

I needed those days off!!! Its so good when we could go on vacation. I come full of energy and like new. :o) Its been a couple of years that we didnt go on vacation, so it felt super good! The best I dont do anything at all!!! Just rest and enjoy!!! My hubby loves cooking so he always cook breakfast, lunch and meal and I'm so mad because of that. :o) Well, now back to work, if you could say that. For me is returning to keep enjoying creating my babies. Well although now I have to cook since hubby is working!!! Ohhh I feel like crying! I want to go back!!!

Necesitaba esos dias de descanso! Es tan bueno cuando nos podemos ir de vacaciones. Vengo llena de energia y como nueva. :o) Han pasado varios años que no nos ibamos de vacaciones, pues nos sentimos muy bien. Lo mejor es que no hice nada, pero nada! Solo descansar y disfrutar! Mi esposo ama la cocina y pues el siempre cocina el desayuno, almuerzo y cena y yo estoy tan molesta por eso. :o) Bueno, ahora de nuevo a trabajar, si se puede decir eso. Para mi es regresar para seguir disfrutando creando mis bebes. Bueno aunque ahora tengo que cocinar porque mi esposo trabaja! Ohhhh me dan deseos de llorar! Quiero volver!!!!

Now I will finish two little dollies I have half done and will take it slower this week since I'll be on vacation from August 7th till 11th Weee Peee!!!! Can't wait!!!

Por fin termine a Frida y Clementina! Estan posteadas en mi pagina! Frida es una muñeca negra y Clementina es una muñeca de trapo. Espero les guste! Ahora espero terminar dos muñequitas pequeñas que tengo a mitad. Tomare las cosas mas suaves ya que nos iremos de vacaciones desde el 07 Agosto hasta el 11. Ayyyy que Ricooooo!!!! I'm here again! Is it that I'm new with this and having fun! I hope I'm still like this after some time! :o) I went to sleep yesterday at 3:00 am. Was preparing Musa for her new journey home and also working on Frida(thats the name of the new black dollie I'm working on) and Clementina(the one like Lolita). Because of that I got up late at 11:00 am! Yikes!!! I hate to get up sooo late because I wakeup with aches and headache. But I'm better now! Now I need to go and prepare another dollie (Pita) for her journey home. I'm sooo excited she's going to Chile! I have shipped to some other countries but never to Chile so I will have a baby loved in Chile! Well, need to go and prepare Pita and also keep working on Frida and Clementina! Will keep you posted about them. Good Day!

Aqui estoy de nuevo! Sera que soy nueva en esto y lo estoy disfrutando! Espero siga asi despues de algun tiempo! :o) Me acoste a dormir ayer a las 3:00 am. Estaba preparando a Musa a su nuevo viaje a casa y tambien trabajando con Frida (ese es el nombre de la nueva muñeca negra que estoy trabajando) y Clementina (la que es como Lolita) Por acostarme tan tarde fue que me levante a las 11:00 am! Ayyyy! Odio levantarme tan tarde porque me levanto retraida y adolorida y con dolor de cabeza. Pero estoy mejor ahora! Ahora necesito ir a preparar a otra muñeca (Pita) para su viaje a casa. Estoy tan emocionada porque ella va para Chile! He enviado muñecas a otros lugares pero nunca a Chile! Asi que tendre una bebe amada en Chile! Bueno, necesito ir a preparar a Pita y tambien seguir trabajando con Frida y Clementina! Las mantendre informadas sobre ellas! Buen dia!
